  1. Hi Jules my first upper body strength sesh, felt really good. Not sure if my reverse fly is in the right position, could you show me please next time I see you. Not sure if my shoulder blades are actually moving

    1. Love that you’re using weights for strength and raised your heart rate. A healthy body and mind are key BOOOOM.
