  1. I really enjoy the LBC series (all three of them, I can’t choose a favourite). Complements my running so well, and it’s great to do legs in a different way to squats, lunges etc, keeps things fresh. Body loves change and all that!

    1. Hi Megan thank you for your feedback always appreciated. I did these in our studio during lockdown and some simple leg conditioning def keeps it fresh and the body guessing. As low impact and specific perfect to compliment your running. How did you know the body loves change BOOOOOOOM
