New favourite workout! You know I love a bit of jumping! And I can relate to what you say … I used to be afraid of breathing heavy in workouts because I equated it to always being the slowest, most out of fit girl in PE classes. But not any more!
ReplyBOOOOOM so glad you enjoyed this one Megan. I think the day I made you run up that incline and do star jumps was pivotal for you. You were never that girl at school, you just made this your safe place to stay. BUT Megan you are not that person anymore. You love being out of breath, my job is done
