  1. First time using the 4 week plan you set for me. Thoroughly enjoyed the session. Does the £9.99 subscription allow me access to all your work outs or any live sessions or any 1 to 1’s.
    I used 2 kg weights and will see what the aftermath is as I might need a bigger weight. Will play by ear.

      One to One Personal Training and Coaching sessions are a separate service.

      Absolutely ease yourself in and if you feel your 2kg are too light then it is time to increase to 3kg which is needed to add lean muscle tissue Jules
