  1. One of my favourite vault classes! It’s a great way to mix up my upper body routine. And love that it’s done by time rather than reps, picking a weight to keep going but that’s still tough at the end!

    1. I have had such great feedback about this workout. Sometimes just picking a specific body art to focus on is very motivating. It’s tough because you are pushing yourself self because you are strong. Feel good doesn’t it
