Upper Body Beach Workout

Join me on the beach in Playa Blanca for this 20 minute low to medium intensity upper body workout using a med to high strength resistance band to test strength and stability. If using dumbbells a pair of 3kg – 6kg dumbbells are recommended. Listen out for my teaching points, keep to the quality, so no quicker than me to recruit muscle fibres. This workout is perfect for the beginner, if you need variety or going on holiday.
