Grab your dumbbells or resistance tubes for this strong session designed for all levels of fitness to overload the shoulders and arms muscles to increase your strength. This is a great opportunity to use your weights and challenge yourself. Your heart rate will increase slightly and some body weight exercises are included. Listen out for my teaching points, be ready with your equipment and focus on the quality of the movement. Enjoy this session which complements other shorter sessions such as legs, cardio or core workouts.
