ReplyLoved this workout. I have inbetween weights either to light or not heavy enough, I need to invest in more. I also like it very much when you tell us which muscles it’s working on, mention bingo wings I go into overdrive lol, great to know which areas the exercises are targeting. ReplyHi Jane this is a great combo and love that’ you’re including more strength sessions into your week. Good to chat to you this evening about technique and how best to use your dumbbells. It’s always good to own a pair of 3, 4 & 5kg dumbbells and maybe 1 x 6 – 8 kg kettlebell for different muscles. Check out Argos
