** Warm up and cool down included. Join me for my new 30 min fat burning Reshape workout which includes step intervals and achievable bursts of cardio with a variety of big dumbbell exercises. Reshape is low to medium intensity workout and is not designed to be high intensity so you focus on the quality of the moves and lifting a little heavier. The step is optional or you can use the bottom step of your stairs. This workout moves you in all directions and targets the whole body.
